MLDP is an accelerated leadership pipeline that develops product-minded enterprise leaders who can run businesses while simultaneously reinventing how Amazon serves customers.Over three years, you'll rotate through strategic leadership roles spanning:- Business Ownership: Own a category P&L end-to-end - driving vendor strategy, negotiating multi-million-dollar deals, and making pricing, selection, and profitability decisions that directly impact the customer experience.- Product: Define product roadmaps, launch customer-facing experiences, and develop the leadership influence required to drive outcomes without direct authority.- Operations: Own buying strategies, optimize supply chain performance, and align cross-functional operations with Amazon's long-term objectives.MLDP is more than rotations. It's Enterprise Challenges sponsored by VPs, executive mentorship, cohort-based development, and the opportunity to build AI-enabled capabilities and operating mechanisms that create lasting value across Amazon Stores.
