About this role
Program Manager interns receive training on implementing, maintaining, and growing strategic programs (such as Subscribe & Save, Deals, Prime). You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders to learn how to enhance program offerings and their benefits to our customers. As part of your responsibilities, you will help monitor key performance indicators, report on program performance, analyze competitors and other markets to identify innovation opportunities, and contribute to strategic projects while presenting findings to senior leaders. As an intern, you will be matched to a manager and a mentor. In addition to learning about an impactful project, you will have the opportunity to engage with Amazonians for both personal and professional development, expand your network, and participate in activities with other interns throughout your internship.
