Job Description
Main Responsibility:
- Support the profile alignment with Hiring Managers
- Create job post and conduct screenings
- Schedule interview and follow up with stakeholders
- Prepare offer letter
- Initiate employee ID creation and profile completion for onboarding documentations
- Support the exit process for interns, as well as any case of internship extension and shortening
- Provide assistance in both Learning & Development and International Assignment topics
Project Involvement:
- International Assignment process improvement
- Learning & Development process improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Strong command of English (both in written and spoken communication)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 4 months (*please indicate your internship period in your resume*).
