Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze markets and trends (Market demands, regulations, channels) in order to detect the best growth opportunities for BHC.

2. Collect Voice of Customers (VOC) to ensure our offering fits with customer, sales and channel requirements.

3. Analyze competitors’ offering.

Regional product strategy and product portfolio and roadmap: collaborate with international PRM and national PRM to define China and SEA product strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets.

1. 分析市场及发展趋势（含市场需求、政策法规、渠道布局等维度），挖掘博世热力技术的最佳增长机遇。

2. 收集客户反馈，确保公司产品及方案能够匹配客户、销售团队与渠道的需求。

3. 分析竞争对手的产品及解决方案布局。

区域产品战略与产品组合及路线规划：协同国际产品市场经理与各国产品市场经理，制定适用于中国及东南亚地区的产品战略，助力达成业务增长与盈利目标。

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or above with major in HVAC/Marketing or related majors.

2. 2+ years of working experience in HVAC and/or boiler business companies, with experience in product management and market intelligence.

3. Demonstrated business-driven mindset and strategic perspectives.

4. Ability to envision and introduce creative tools for fast and effective interaction with the field teams, combining high technical complexity and commercial interests in a seamless and user-friendly manner.

5. Good communication and presentation skills to collaborate with and influence relevant stakeholders.

6. Fluency in English is a must for this role.

2.2 年以上暖通空调或壁挂炉行业工作经验，具备产品管理或市场洞察相关经验。

3.具备以业务为导向的思维模式和战略视角。

4.能够构思并引入创新工具，与一线团队实现快速高效互动，将高技术复杂性与商业利益无缝且便捷地结合。

5.具备良好的沟通与演示能力，能够协作并影响相关利益相关方。
