 About JMP - Fast track leadership program

The JMP - Fast track leadership program is a global initiative with the intention of identifying, hiring and developing early talent for future leadership roles. This program is designed for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools, who want to learn, grow and lead confidently. Knowledge: Essential technical, functional, or industry-specific knowledge

Planning skills, Lean manufacturing principle, use of AI in supply chain operations.

Functional Skills: Key skills required to perform the role

Coordinate closely with external and internal customers for generating ST,MT and LT forecast. continuous drive for implementing digital solution, dashboards and reports for eliminating manual planning and operations.

Qualifications

B Tech + MBA with Specialization in Supply chain

~ 3 years’ experience in Supply chain domain (Pref is in Auto/Auto ancillary unit or else in electronics manufacturing organizations) Preference min 2 years experience post MBA
