Job Description
- Growth opportunity, joining various team projects, in order to improve your skills;
- Have the opportunity to learn how to work in a multicultural environment;
- Ensure the identification and registration of persons entering the company;
- Responsible for taking over the correspondence arrived at the company address;
- Take all the phone calls and directs them according to the request of the interlocutor, finding out the identity of the interlocutor that he has to communicate;
- Take part to assigned trainings to enrich your career development skills.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate Student / Master program student; in the administrative area;
- Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues;
- We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel);
- Be able to organize and carry out various activities simultaneously;
- Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments.
