Job Description
- Keep the CRM (CRM MAX) up to date by updating service classification levels, entering new service information, and uploading contracts.
- Maintain and improve the Bosch Car Service list and provide remote support to the network development team.
- Support invoice and receivable tracking in SAP.
- Assist in the preparation, sending, and follow-up of contracts, including e-signature processes and authorization certificates.
- Support the design of task-management processes within and across teams.
- Assist in the coordination and follow-up of strategy meetings and their outcomes.
- Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards, correct data issues, and track processes, contracts, and targets using Excel-based tools.
- Manage mass e-mail announcements, keep meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Support coordination with dealers, workshops, and field teams, including communication of audit results and Google My Business requests.
Qualifications
- Currently a university student in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights and structured documentation.
- Good command of Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or CRM tools is a plus (or a strong willingness to learn).
- Well-organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to coordinate across dealers, workshops, and internal teams.
- A proactive, solution-oriented team player, eager to take ownership and with a genuine interest in the automotive/mobility aftermarket.
