Your roles & responsibilities: As an intern you will serve as practitioner who performs application monitoring activities, administers the application and does application support operations. You will perform non code related application configurations and update and maintain related documentation. Your primary responsibilities include: Application Monitoring (Monitoring application processes, Incident & Fault Analysis, Simple Rectification) Perform, and manage Low to Medium production (Application) support tasks and activities that require knowledge regarding application, and its functionality along with the key technology using which the application is developed Perform monitoring of application processes and system notifications Administer the Applications related to Services Perform non-code related application configuration activities Acquire, update and maintain knowledge documentation on all in-scope Applications Provide triage services for all Incidents Support senior and principal consultants in day-to-day application support and documentation activities while learning on the job. Graduate : B.Sc (Comp. Sc./Electronics/PCM etc.) / BCA, should have completed or pursuing final year degree as per PMIS Guidelines (12+3) Academic years Pass percentage of 60 % throughout their academics (10,12th and College) Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills. Ability to take up challenging tasks.
