Overview IBM Quantum is seeking candidates for an Associate Quantum Hardware Mechanical Engineer position at the Thomas J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY. In this role, you will support the development of IBM Quantum systems through the fabrication, assembly, and characterization of precision components used in quantum computing hardware. This position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with advanced hardware technologies that enable next-generation quantum computers. Prior experience with quantum hardware is not required, and the position is fully on-site.
