In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.  As an Associate, at IBM, you'll work with clients to help solve real-world business challenges through technology, innovation, and consulting. Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, IS or a related field. Foundational understanding of business processes, workforce management, human resources, or organizational effectiveness concepts. Understanding of how technology can improve employee experiences, workforce operations, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or business problem-solving concepts through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning. High interest in skills-based workforce planning, talent development, employee experience, or workforce transformation.Awareness of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and automation, and how they are transforming the future of work, skills, talent, and employee experiences Experience gained through academic projects, internships, case competitions, student organizations, research, or other practical experiences.
