As a Benefits Analyst 1, you will support both the U.S. and Global Red Hat benefit teams with the following primary responsibilities: U.S. Benefits Responsibilities: ● Update, coordinate, and maintain all U.S. Benefits New Hire Orientation materials. ● Facilitate the completion of broker and vendor surveys and certifications for both U.S. and Global teams. ● Serve as the primary Beneplace program liaison, managing vendor discount data and resolving employee inquiries. ● Partner with Red Hat Employee Relations to oversee the processing and auditing of COBRA subsidies. ● Ensure 401(k) plan integrity by reviewing, and remediating data error files and escalating for further support when needed. ● Collaborate with Red Hat’s People Operations to review and update content of U.S. benefit Knowledge Base (KB) articles, including ensuring correct documentation for AI-driven support tools. ● Manage the design and layout standardization of the U.S. Benefits Source Pages to improve employee self-service. ● Manage the benefit feedback ticket workstream: resolve employee inquiries, conduct monthly analysis of feedback themes, and compile annual reports to inform leadership for consideration of strategy and potential future program enhancements. ● Support annual open enrollment (communications, system testing, and KB updates). ● Assist teammates as needed with U.S. benefits program projects and administrative tasks. ● Attend key U.S. Benefits meetings. Key meetings are weekly team meeting, weekly third-party benefit manager meeting, Q4 biweekly meeting with U.S. Payroll, monthly benefit broker meetings, weekly internal U.S. open enrollment meeting. Attend other meetings with U.S. benefit vendors and partner teams within Red Hat on an as needed/optional basis. Global Benefits Responsibilities: ● Support the Global Benefits Platform implementation project with requirements documentation, attend discovery and design meetings, assist with user acceptance testing, and provide other general support as needed ● Assist with Global Paid Parental Leave implementation project by attending meetings and documenting meeting notes, and providing other general support as needed ● Support the Global team with additional assistance with strategic duties and emerging priorities as required.
