About this role
The IBM Sales Accelerator Program is designed for early career professionals who want to build a long-term career in technology sales. This program combines structured learning, hands on selling experience, and international exposure to prepare you to become a successful IBM seller. As part of the program, you will begin your journey with 2 months onboarding in your home market before joining IBM’s international Sales Center in Valencia, Spain for an 18 month Global IBMer assignment. During this time, you will work with an international community of IBMers across EMEA while developing modern sales skills and gaining experience supporting real client opportunities. After completing the 18 month program, there will be your next career step waiting for you in your home market. Through mentorship, structured training, and practical selling experience, the program prepares you to engage clients, support the sales cycle, and help organizations adopt IBM technologies across areas such as Data and AI, Cloud, Automation, and Sustainability. In this role, you will develop core technology sales capabilities while supporting IBM sales teams and engaging with clients. You will learn modern selling techniques, build pipeline, and collaborate with technical specialists and solution teams to help clients address business challenges with IBM technology.

- Participate in structured sales training, certifications, and skill development In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we are sharing the annual base pay range (gross per year). Projected minimum salary: 31,600 EUR - Projected maximum salary: 46,300 EUR. The final offer may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience, as permitted under applicable local law and on the basis of objective, gender-neutral criteria. This role offers a competitive, fixed base salary and eligibility to participate in an IBM Sales Incentive Plan. On Target Earnings (OTE) reflect total expected annual compensation at 100% target achievement and consist of base salary plus a performance based incentive, calculated as a percentage of reference salary. Incentive payments are variable, non guaranteed, and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable IBM incentive plan. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field Recent graduate with up to 12 months of full time professional experience Strong interest in technology sales and client engagement Strong communication, collaboration, and learning mindset Fluency in English and the language of the hiring market Exposure to enterprise technology areas such as AI, cloud, data, or automation Internship, academic, or project experience related to sales, technology, or business development Interest in international work environments and willingness to relocate for the program assignment
