As a Research Scientist, you will generate highly innovative ideas and concepts while performing advanced scientific or engineering tasks. You will contribute to or lead a program in engineering, services, or science with significant positive impact. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Original Concepts: Create highly complex, original, and creative scientific or engineering achievements by applying advanced scientific or engineering knowledge. • Participate in Program Planning: Contribute to overall departmental program planning and understand the standard mission of the professional group/department and vision in own area of competence. • Lead Small Teams: Manage routine technical/operational activities or departments, and participate in defining and deciding project objectives. • Collaborate with Clients: Participate in client-related research and ensure satisfactory completion of individual technical objectives. • Publish Research Findings: Maintain a good publication record in leading conferences and contribute to high-value patents. • Advanced Scientific Knowledge: Exposure to applying advanced scientific or engineering knowledge to create original and creative achievements. • Technical Program Planning: Experience working with departmental program planning and understanding the standard mission of a professional group or department. • Project Leadership: Exposure to managing routine technical or operational activities, including participating in defining and deciding project objectives. • Client-Facing Research: Experience working with client-related research, ensuring satisfactory completion of individual technical objectives. • Research Publication: Exposure to publishing research findings in leading conferences and contributing to high-value patents. • Advanced Research Methods: Exposure to applying advanced scientific or engineering knowledge to create original and creative achievements, with the ability to develop and implement innovative research methods. • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including clients, to ensure satisfactory completion of individual technical objectives and contribute to high-impact research outcomes. • Technical Community Engagement: Exposure to participating in professional technical communities and societies, including peer reviewing and making effective presentations to senior leadership and external audiences.
