As an Associate Oracle Package Specialist at IBM, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of Oracle Cloud application solutions to meet business needs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value wherever needed.  In your role, you may be responsible for: * Assisting clients in the selection, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud packaged software solutions. * Making strategic recommendations andleveragingbusiness knowledge to drive Oracle-based solutions for clients and their management.  * Facilitating or supporting workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder interviews.  * Developing process maps to understand As‑Is and To‑Be scenarios across ERP, HCM, SCM,EPM or CX.  * Using IBM’s Design Thinking and Oracle best practices to solve client challenges. * Supporting test execution, documentation, and data validation. * Applying AI responsibly to summarize documentation, generate test cases, or support analysis.  These positions are anticipated to start in 2026.
