As a Project Manager: Generalist, you will lead a project team in delivering a solution to the client using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project. You will have overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Manage Project Scope and Deliverables: Apply techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery. This includes managing all project resources, including subcontractors, and establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client. • Provide Day-to-Day Direction: Lead the project team and provide regular project status updates and requests for support to project stakeholders. • Establish Communication Plan: Develop and implement a communication plan to ensure effective collaboration with the project team and the client. • Manage Project Resources: Oversee and coordinate the work of subcontractors and other project resources to ensure successful project delivery. • Track and Report Progress: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact delivery. •Software Development Experience: Must have a background in software development or support to effectively drive engaging developer enrichment programs. •Employee Engagement: Experience in employee engagement and event management to foster a positive work environment. •Project Management Experience: Applied project management experience managing large multidisciplinary and highly visible projects. •Customer Support Experience: Ability to manage internal event and site deliverables while maximizing satisfaction, particularly when not all needs are met.
