Software Developer

Full Stack developer Intern works in an agile setup leveraging AI to build applications and services that help create a highly impactful business. The developer will work closely with experienced developers, architects and designers to create impactful products. The developer will be building applications powered by watsonx.ai, Ai Agents, other Gen AI tools, Python, Next.js, React, and more. · Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and the design team to build and enhance an AI solutions. · Participate in sprint releases by developing new tools, features, and modules. · Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using modern development frameworks. · Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability. · Learn and apply best practices in software design, architecture, and agile development. · Strong foundation in at least one programming language: Python or Java · Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and frameworks · Working knowledge of building Generative AI apps, LLMs and Prompt Engineering · Exposure to front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js. · Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills. · Interest, willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new programming languages as necessary · Ability to work with a great deal of autonomy, as well as in a team environment · Good to have knowledge on Node.js and ReactJS Knowledge of code versioning tools (such as Git) · Understanding of databases and experience with SQL and Non SQL Databases like Cloudant or Mongo DB · Working knowledge of AI enabled development using IBM Bob, GitHub Copilot or Cursor
