As a Technology Seller, you will serve Technology Sales Leaders for high-priority IBM accounts to drive growth. You will develop targeted account plans based on customer, industry, and product footprint to grow existing and new client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Develop Account Plans: Create targeted account plans based on customer, industry, and product footprint to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. • Drive IBM Technology Strategy: Implement the IBM Technology strategy with customers, focusing on winning the platform and translating customer needs into actionable solutions. • Provide Strategic Advisory: Serve as the customer's strategic advisor to translate their requirements into the right cross-Technology architecture, considering use cases and critical technology decision points. • Engage in CxO Conversations: Hold senior-level conversations with clients to build strong IBM relationships and ensure executive buy-in. • Translate Customer Needs: Interpret customer needs and develop tailored solutions to address their business challenges. • Exposure to Technology Sales: Experience working with technology sales leaders to drive growth in high-priority accounts, developing targeted account plans based on customer, industry, and product footprint. • Understanding of IBM Technology Strategy: Familiarity with implementing IBM Technology strategy with customers, focusing on winning the platform and translating customer needs into actionable solutions. • Cross-Technology Architecture: Exposure to developing cross-Technology architectures, considering use cases and critical technology decision points to meet customer requirements. • CxO Conversation Skills: Experience engaging in senior-level conversations with clients to build strong relationships and ensure executive buy-in. • Customer Needs Analysis: Ability to interpret customer needs and develop tailored solutions to address their business challenges. • Technology Sales Leadership: Exposure to serving technology sales leaders for high-priority accounts, driving growth through targeted account plans and customer engagement. • Cross-Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various industries and product footprints, enabling development of tailored solutions to address customer business challenges. • Strategic Advisory Skills: Experience providing strategic advisory services to customers, translating their requirements into actionable cross-Technology architectures.
