We are currently looking for a motivated Working Student to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in Böblingen. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics processes while working in a global technology company.
You will support the day-to-day activities of our warehouse team and gain exposure to operational processes that help ensure the smooth movement, storage, and management of customer equipment and materials.
ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Warehouse & Logistics team, you will support a variety of operational activities, including:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming measurement equipment and spare parts
- Performing incoming goods checks and documentation activities
- Supporting inventory management and stock control processes
- Assisting with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Recording and updating inventory information in internal systems
- Supporting the storage, movement, and organisation of materials within the warehouse
- Working closely with experienced team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
Training will be provided, and no previous experience with our systems is required.
Required
- Currently enrolled at a university or higher education institution
- Good German language skills
- Basic computer skills and confidence using standard software applications
- Reliable, organised, and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment and performing light physical tasks
Nice to Have
- English language skills
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, retail, inventory management, or similar environments
- Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP software
