We are looking for a Go-to-Market Long-Term Intern who will support Route Optimization and Go-to-Market initiatives by analyzing field and sales data, identifying optimization opportunities and contributing to projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales and distribution operations. Responsibilities Support Route Optimization projects through data preparation, analysis and project tracking. Analyze sales outlet, visit frequency, route, customer segmentation and field performance data. Support the evaluation of existing routes and visit plans to identify efficiency and productivity opportunities. Prepare, validate,and maintain datasets used in route optimization studies. Track key performance indicators and support pre and post optimization performance analysis. Conduct regular and ad-hoc analyses using Excel and other analytical tools. Translate analytical findings into clear reports, dashboards and presentations. Collaborate with field sales teams to validate data and gather operational insights when required. Support cross-functional coordination across GTM, Sales, and other relevant teams on Route Optimization initiatives. Qualifications 3rd or 4th-year university student in related field. Available to work at least 3 days per week. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an interest in working with data. Ability to interpret quantitative information and translate it into actionable insights. Good command of PowerPoint and ability to communicate analytical findings clearly. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively within a team. Interest in FMCG, sales operations, Route-to-Market / Go-to-Market and optimization topics.
