Position title: Cash Collections Specialist with German & English

Location: Prague, CZ

Duration: 12 months (with possible prolongation)

Time schedule: 40 hours/week, full-time

What you'll build

As a Cash Collector in this paid role at SAP, you’ll build strong relationships with clients by ensuring timely, accurate collections and delivering a professional customer experience.

Using your communication skills and financial acumen, you’ll resolve payment issues, directly impacting SAP’s cash flow and supporting financial stability.

You’ll analyze data, identify trends, and apply negotiation skills to improve collection processes, while working with multicultural teams to ensure SOX compliance.

Your role includes developing strategies to reduce overdue accounts, offering insights for decision-making, automating collections with AI, and consistently providing excellent service to enhance SAP’s reputation.

What you bring

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with the knowledge in Cash Collection activities as an advantage
• Fluency in German and in English language is required

A successful Cash Collector excels in

• Accounts receivable management is proficient in financial systems (e.g., ERP platforms)
• Demonstrates accuracy with reconciliations—these are essential
• Experience in customer service or sales with strong negotiation skills
• Working knowledge of SOX compliance are valuable assets
• Key soft skills include clear communication, resilience, and a collaborative approach.
