Role overview
About this role
We help the world run betterAt SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What You’ll Build
As part of SAP Innovation Experience Services, you will work on content and projects that help bring SAP's strategy, innovation and portfolio to life for customers, partners and internal audiences.
This is not a role where you will simply execute predefined tasks. Depending on the topic, you will take ownership of your own content pieces and smaller projects, working from an initial idea or brief through to a high-quality final result. This can range from developing a storyline and creating an executive-ready presentation to preparing a briefing, shaping internal communications or developing content for social media.
You will:
- Own selected content pieces and smaller projects from initial idea or brief to final delivery
- Create high-quality presentations and develop clear storylines, messaging and visual structures
- Develop briefings, talking points, internal communications, social media content and other business communication formats
- Research and synthesize complex business, technology and innovation topics and translate them into clear, engaging content
- Collaborate with stakeholders across SAP to gather input, challenge and refine content, and drive topics forward independently
- Support strategic initiatives, customer engagements, showcases and events with tailored content and communication
- Explore new formats, tools and AI-supported ways of working to continuously improve how we create and communicate content
- You will gain exposure to a broad range of topics and stakeholders across SAP while having the opportunity to develop your own areas of ownership. We want you to contribute your ideas, challenge existing approaches and actively shape the projects you work on
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Business, Business Informatics, Communications, Marketing, Media, Social Sciences, Humanities or a related field
- Excellent written communication skills and a strong feel for language, structure, storytelling and tone
- Very good English (C1) and German skills (C1)
- Strong PowerPoint skills and the ability to develop professional presentations from a content and visual perspective
- Ability to quickly understand complex or initially ambiguous topics, identify what matters and turn them into clear outputs
- A high level of ownership, attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- First experience in content creation, communications, project work, consulting, marketing or a similar environment is a plus
- You should enjoy both creative and analytical work. We are looking for someone who can start with an open-ended topic, structure it, ask the right questions and develop it into something that is ready to share. You notice when a storyline is not yet clear, when wording could be sharper or when a presentation needs another iteration before it is truly done
- Working from Walldorf office is required. If you are applying from outside the area, please mention your relocation plans or preferences in your CV
Where you belong
Innovation Experience Services works at the intersection of innovation, industries, technology and customer engagement. We turn complex and emerging topics into clear narratives, compelling content and tangible experiences that help different audiences understand what innovation means for their business.
A key focus of our work is Industry AI. Together with industry, product and technology teams, we translate SAP's latest AI capabilities into industry-specific stories, showcases and content. We connect the bigger strategic narrative with concrete business scenarios and help make new capabilities understandable, relevant and ready to use across customer engagements, enablement and co-innovation.
Beyond Industry AI, we contribute to a broad range of strategic initiatives across SAP Industries & Experience (SIX). Our work often starts with an idea, a new technology or a topic that is still evolving. We bring together the right perspectives, structure the content and turn it into high-quality outputs, from presentations and executive briefings to showcases, communications and enablement formats.
This gives you the opportunity to work across a wide range of topics and stakeholders, while taking ownership of content and projects that are highly visible across SAP.
