What you´ll build

• Confidence navigating in SAP´s corporate health system “Run Healthy”.
• Supporting preventive and medical emergency care of our employees.
• Assist with and carry out various medical examinations and treatments (e.g. ECG, vision and hearing tests, laboratory examinations, blood pressure measurements) in our health centres.
• Project support: Creation of various check-ups and further medical processes, including resource allocation and workplace setup planning.
• Support of various health campaigns at headquarters and subsidiaries
• Performing administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and documentation in occupational health software.

What you bring

• Completed training as a medical assistant (f/m/d) or a comparable qualification.
• High service orientation and a strong team spirit
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and set priorities.
• Willingness to engage in continuous education and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills in German and English as well as empathy in dealing with employees as our customers.
• Adequate knowledge of medical terminology and documentation.
