What you´ll build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern CCM & Preventive Support LAC
Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil
Key tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Foster innovation and creativity by proposing innovative AI solutions aimed at enhancing the regional and global MCC teams. Focus on delivering excellence and incorporating creativity into operations.
- Assist with the administrative aspects of SAP MCC Operations, including participating in and leading checkpoint and alignment calls, updating invitations, and sending out post-session reports.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement ideas and lead internal projects.
- Perform data analysis using MCC Analytics for executive and management reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with members of the Global and Regional MCC teams.

- Studying Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Data Management or IT-Related (4th to 6th semester)
- Experience with various AI Tools and an AI adoption mindset.
- AI Development and code management skills for fast experimentation, prompt testing, and building AI features.
- High expertise in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required for the role.
- Problem solver profile: self-motivated, hands-on, practical, reliable, and accountable.
- Effective communication skills to write reports, articulate ideas with clarity, purpose, and efficiency to maximize their impact on their audience. Video production and digital communication skills are a strong plus.
- Advanced English-speaking and writing skills are a must, and basic Spanish-speaking capabilities are a strong plus.
- Teamwork and the ability to stay connected in a hybrid work model, both locally in São Leopoldo and virtually with colleagues in the MCC satellites, are key.
- Enthusiasm to learn technical SAP solutions aspects and the SAP Services & Support portfolio.

The SAP Mission Control Center is a Global organization responsible for delivering a wide range of support offerings as a back-office organization at SAP. It acts to quickly address critical situations and emergencies and delivers preventive support engagements with a continuous improvement approach as part of the support portfolio.
Working in the Regional SAP Mission Control Center (MCC) Latin America & Caribbean (LAC), the intern will work within the MCC team in São Leopoldo, connected to other main locations such as São Paulo, Mexico City and other locations in the Latin America region, as well as interacting with the MCC global community.
