About the Role

At SAP, Marketing is increasingly driven by data, technology, and Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for a curious, analytical, and technology-oriented intern to join our Marketing team and help transform data into business insights that drive strategic decisions.

This internship is designed for students passionate about analytics, automation, dashboards, AI, and solving business challenges through data. You will work alongside experienced marketing professionals, supporting initiatives that improve campaign performance, customer engagement, pipeline generation, and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Collect, consolidate, clean, and analyze marketing data from multiple sources, including CRM, event platforms, marketing automation tools, Excel, and corporate systems.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and executive reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Develop automated reporting processes to improve productivity and reduce manual work.
• Support marketing performance analysis, including campaign effectiveness, pipeline generation, customer engagement, and event performance.
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
• Leverage Generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI technologies to improve analysis, content generation, research, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing AI-enabled solutions that automate repetitive marketing tasks and enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Business Operations, Digital, IT, and Analytics teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Support data quality, governance, documentation, and continuous process improvement.

What you bring:

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Business/Data Analytics, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics
  • Students from other disciplines with strong analytical skills and a passion for technology are welcome
  • Expected graduation within ~24 months
• Advanced professional English; Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus
• Clear written and verbal communication, with emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to engage stakeholders effectively
• Curious, agile, and proactive mindset; resilient in fast-paced environments and results-oriented
• Analytical, structured, and process-oriented thinking; strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines and quality
• Ability to collaborate in teams and work independently; comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (plus PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence and practical use of AI-powered productivity tools
• Interest in partner ecosystems, channel operations, and business administration processes
• Preferred (valued, not required):
  • Tools/languages: Power BI, SQL, Power Query/Power Pivot, Python (Pandas, NumPy)
  • Platforms/services: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Databricks
  • Automation and generative AI: Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT (or similar)
  • Experience with CRM or Marketing Automation platforms
  • Data visualization and basic statistics
