• Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

• Assist the Customer Value Group (CVG) People & Culture (P&C) BP Lead and PMO team as they support the CVG People Strategy and the transformation
• Support and drive strategic people initiatives. Focus on key topics. Manage ad-hoc requests. This includes tasks like data gathering, maintaining the organization, and submitting information to European Social Partners.
• In charge of various organizational / operational tasks
• Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for our P&C BPs, Executive Leadership team members, and employees
• Deliver high-impact data analysis, leveraging internal SAP tools, to provide people and organizational business insights (Hiring, Attrition) that enable the P&C BPs to drive measurable outcomes

• Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and solid analytical skills
• Knowledge of business principles. Good at teamwork and communication.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 15-62 (USD). The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
