What You'll BuildThe SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. Position title: SAP iXp Intern - People & Culture Local Services

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil (hybrid)

Position Duration: This internship is intended for a 12-month assignment.

• Based on the current project scope, no extension is anticipated.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are close to completing their undergraduate degree.

What you'll do:

• Support Onboarding of new employees
• Prepare and file HR documentation
• Support Internship Contracts
• Support Termination process
• Support local HR activities
• Help to clarify employee’s questions about HR topics
• Support internal HR projects

What you bring:

• Current enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration or a related field.
• Expected graduation within approximately 24 months.
• Advanced professional English.
• Proactive, results-oriented team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious, agile, and proactive mindset; resilient in fast-paced environments and results-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (plus PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
• Analytical, structured, and process-oriented thinking; strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines and quality.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
