Apply now for Protégé CRM Operations Support Associate role, and you will be responsible to support the CRM, Sales Support, and Bid Management functions by contributing to backend operational processes across the entire CRM and tender management environment. The associate will assist with pre-tender documentation, compliance coordination, pricing input, opportunity tracking, and post-submission activities, ensuring data accuracy and workflow efficiency. Working closely with the CRM and Bid teams under guided mentorship, the role offers hands-on exposure to market analysis, internal stakeholder coordination, and process optimization
Your Role:
- Supporting tender/quote documentation and internal approval coordination
- Maintaining bid templates and repository for standardization and compliance
- Performing administrative tasks including CRM updates and data tracking
- Assisting in pricing input consolidation and financial coordination
- Monitoring bid timelines and supporting post-submission activities
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during12 months Protégé Programme
- Tender/Quote Management Process and CRM governance fundamentals
- Pricing & Costing Analysis including margin review and internal pricing tools
- Stakeholder Communication and collaboration across Sales, Finance, and Compliance teams
- Document Management and internal governance documentation handling
- Workflow Optimization, efficiency tracking, and use of sales enablement tools
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field
