About the Job

As a Marketing Professional - AP Zone (DI Korea), you will plan and execute field marketing activities that drive demand generation, brand awareness, and pipeline growth in the Korean market, in alignment with regional (AP Zone) marketing priorities.

You will work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and follow‑up, localize regional campaigns, and develop creative marketing programs that resonate with Korean customers. This role is execution‑focused, hands‑on, and ideal for a marketer who enjoys turning ideas into measurable results.

In addition, you will actively contribute to AP Zone-wide initiatives, collaborating with cross-country teams and working on regional projects beyond the Korean market. This includes sharing best practices, co-developing scalable campaign concepts, and supporting joint APAC programs, ensuring strong alignment and impact across the region

What You Will Do

·       Support field marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities in Korea aligned with AP Zone priorities

·       Help execute events, webinars, digital campaigns, and social media activities for lead generation

·       Manage local social media channels such as LinkedIn and KakaoTalk Channel

·       Coordinate marketing events including seminars, trade shows, and partner events

·       Support press and media activities including interviews, press releases, and media visits

·       Collaborate with sales teams on lead follow-up and campaign performance tracking

·       Support marketing content localization and digital campaign activities

·       Work closely with regional and global teams on integrated marketing initiatives

·       Contribute creative ideas tailored to Korean customers and market trends

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, or a related role required
• Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Understanding of demand generation, lead management, and marketing performance measurement
• Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing tools
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and working in a cross-functional environment
• Fluent in English and Korean, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a regional and global environment
