You’ll make an impact by:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor material delivery status and logistics activities.
- Maintain logistics records, shipment tracking, and inventory updates.
- Assist in resolving project and logistics-related issues.
- Support meetings, prepare minutes of meeting, and follow up action items.
Your defining qualities:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Power Point for data management and analysis.
- Good communication skills in english and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
