• Continuous learning: Hands-on experience in technical and commercial proposal preparation, reviewing tender documents, and mastering proposal processes under senior guidance.• Innovation in action: Directly contribute to developing cutting-edge Smart Infrastructure solutions by supporting cost estimations and bid documentation for innovative projects.• Impactful client engagement: Play a vital role in securing projects by preparing accurate proposals that meet customer requirements and foster strong client relationships.• Future-ready career foundation: Build essential analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, gaining a robust foundation for a career in proposal, sales, or project management within the infrastructure and energy sectors.

• Supporting the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for Smart Infrastructure projects in accordance with customer requirements and Siemens standards. 

• Assisting in the review of RFQs, tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project requirements and submission deliverables. 

• Coordinating with sales, engineering, procurement, and project management teams to gather technical and commercial inputs for proposals. 

• Preparing cost estimation sheets, bid documentation, compliance matrices, and proposal presentations under the guidance of senior proposal engineers. 

• Maintaining proposal records, supporting bid submission activities, and contributing to continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools.

Your success is grounded in

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 

• Strong interest in proposal management, tendering, sales support, and project business within the infrastructure and energy sectors. 

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review technical and commercial information accurately. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment. 

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.

• 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard.
