Sales Account Orchestrator

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to accelerate the adoption of our engineering, manufacturing, and logistics software solutions among industrial customers.

Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and collaborating with channel partners to deliver best-in-class SaaS solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing and engineering software, combined with consultative selling skills and the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Siemens' industry solutions and product roadmap.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories and accounts.
• Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth through direct customer engagement and partner collaboration.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across industrial organizations.

Partner & Account Management

• Spearhead account development initiatives in collaboration with channel and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, technical teams, and business development resources.
• Monitor partner performance and provide actionable recommendations to maximize business outcomes.
• Foster long-term partner relationships that contribute to sustainable business growth.

Solution Selling

• Promote Siemens SaaS-based engineering, manufacturing, and logistics software solutions.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and product teams to develop compelling customer value propositions.
• Understand customer business challenges and position appropriate digital transformation solutions.
• Drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure.

Market Intelligence

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements.
• Identify emerging market opportunities within manufacturing, automation, and digitalization sectors.
• Provide market feedback to internal stakeholders to support business strategy and solution development.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, automation, or industrial technology sectors.
• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Experience selling SaaS-based software solutions to manufacturing customers.
• Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.

Preferred

• Career progression from a technical role (e.g., Application Engineer, Solution Consultant, Presales Engineer) into a customer-facing sales position.
• Experience selling one or more of the following solutions:
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
  • Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS)
  • Logistics Execution Solutions
  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
  • Manufacturing SaaS Platforms
  • Smart Manufacturing or Industrial Automation Solutions
• Experience working with channel partners and indirect sales models.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Vietnamese language proficiency is highly preferred.
