Senior Sales Engineer/ Assistant Sales Manager - Digital Industries

The successful candidate will be responsible for Digital Industry business of HK and Macao. The primary responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan to drive and growth business.
• Achieve sales target with planned sales volumes and potential customers in HK and Macao.
• Implement value selling and project type business processes.
• The ability to identify customer pain points and comes up with solution addressing those challenges in line with Siemens portfolio.
• Provides accurate customer and project information via CRM for forecasts and planning. Completes sales and revenue related key reporting.
• Analyzes the specific market conditions and builds up the market ecosystem.
• Contributes to the development of service market business in the region.
• Actively visit customers and participate in promotion seminars to build customer relationships

Requirements:

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Higher Diploma or above preferably in Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years’ sales or technical experience is preferred; Experience and knowledge in control/automation/drive/IoT/Digitalization would be an advantage.
• Solid sales experience and achieve sales quota. Experience in tender and project bidding would be an advantage.
• Strong teamwork, self-motivated with good communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow professionally and personally
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
