Today, we are recruiting for a Site Office Assistant (Borg El Arab, Alexandria) to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.

What are my responsibilities?

• Support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities across the site office
• Coordinate office operations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient working environment in line with Siemens HSE standards
• Support office setup, mobilization, and workspace arrangements for new site areas as required
• Monitor office supplies, consumables, inventory, and follow up on replenishment requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for deliveries and maintenance activities
• Maintain administrative records, asset logs, and project documentation
• Conduct regular site office inspections and report maintenance, safety, and housekeeping observations
• Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with internal functions such as Facilities, IT, Security, and Procurement to ensure smooth site operations
• Assist in organizing meetings, site events, and inductions
• Prepare routine and periodic reports and provide updates on assigned administrative and operational activities
• Support communication between site teams and head office/project management
• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall project delivery.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field. Fresh graduates and candidates with 0-2 years experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. SharePoint experience is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills with intercultural awareness and openness to diverse cultures.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced site environment
• Basic understanding of HSE and office management principles
• Must have driving license and car
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work between project sites across the High-Speed Rail corridor in Egypt
• Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written); German language skills are an advantage.
