About this role
Who are we looking for: You,
- Assist in the development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support of software applications, IT systems, cybersecurity solutions, or AI/ML initiatives.
- Participate in troubleshooting, issue analysis, system monitoring, and problem resolution activities across various technology domains.
- Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of tools, platforms, and technologies used within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and documenting technical information, system performance metrics, or project-related data.
- Participate in testing, validation, quality assurance, and compliance-related activities to ensure reliability and effectiveness of solutions.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, reports, and process documentation.
- Support automation initiatives by developing scripts, workflows, or tools that improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in identifying, investigating, and documenting technical issues, incidents, security events, or system anomalies.
- Participate in team meetings, technical reviews, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to build technical expertise.
- Learn and apply industry best practices, organizational standards, security requirements, and technology frameworks relevant to the assigned domain.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and actively explore emerging technologies, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data analytics, and software engineering practices.
Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline (2026 Graduates).
- Basic understanding of computer science fundamentals, programming concepts, and problem-solving techniques.
- Exposure to one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, or similar through academic coursework, internships, or projects.
- Fundamental knowledge of data structures, algorithms, databases, operating systems, and computer networks.
- Understanding of software development concepts, system administration, cloud technologies, cybersecurity principles, or AI/ML fundamentals is an advantage.
- Familiarity with development tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), collaboration platforms, or ticketing systems is a plus.
- Exposure to data analysis, machine learning models, scripting, automation, cloud platforms, security tools, or infrastructure technologies through academic projects or certifications is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of software testing, debugging, monitoring, security, and incident management concepts.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate in a diverse environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and passion for technology and innovation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, business priorities, and changing project requirements.
