Job Description

As an Entry-Level Analyst, you will work as part of a collaborative consulting team, develop valuable business and analytical skills, and contribute to meaningful client projects from day one.

1. What You'll Do

• Support consulting projects for clients across the pulp, paper, packaging, and tissue sectors
• Analyze market trends, industry data, costs, and financial information to help solve client challenges
• Create presentations, reports, databases, and analytical models that support strategic decision-making
• Assist with business strategy, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and operational improvement projects
• Collaborate with colleagues across the United States and globally to deliver high-quality client solutions
• Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients
• Continuously develop your technical, analytical, and consulting skills through mentorship and on-the-job learning

Qualifications

We're seeking motivated individuals who are curious, analytical, and eager to build a career in consulting and industry advisory services.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, business, STEM, or a related field
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Interest in consulting, manufacturing, forest products, sustainability, or the pulp and paper industry
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team
• Experience through internships, co-ops, research projects, or relevant coursework is beneficial but not required
• Additional language skills or programming experience are a plus
