Editorial Policy

Earlyvia publishes practical career guidance for students and recent graduates. This page explains what our labels mean, how we use AI, how sources are selected, and where our current review process has limits.

AI-assisted drafting

Career Guide articles currently begin as AI-generated drafts commissioned and published by Earlyvia. Every article identifies that drafting method before the article body. AI can produce incomplete, outdated, or overgeneralised advice, so readers should not treat publication alone as evidence of expert review.

Human and expert review labels

We show one of these states on every guide:

Named expert review pending: no named subject-matter expert has reviewed the guide yet. This is the current state of our published guides.
Reviewed by a named expert: the guide displays the reviewer’s name, relevant role, and review date. We do not use this label unless all three fields are recorded.

Earlyvia is the accountable publisher, but publisher identity is not a substitute for a named specialist reviewer.

Sources and scope

We prefer official public bodies, international institutions, and recognised career or employment services for factual and consequential context. Each article lists the references selected for that guide, the date their links were checked, and any important jurisdiction or scope limit.

A reference does not mean its publisher endorses Earlyvia’s article. Practical recommendations remain Earlyvia’s synthesis. Employment law, immigration rules, hiring conventions, and workplace rights differ by country and can change; use the relevant government service or a qualified adviser for decisions that depend on your circumstances.

Dates and updates

Published is the first publication date. Content updated is the most recent recorded change to the guide’s substantive content. Sources checked confirms that the listed links were reviewed for availability and relevance on that date; it is not an expert-review date.

Corrections

If you find an error, broken source, missing limitation, or advice that may cause harm, email info@earlyvia.com with the article URL and the passage in question. We will assess corrections and update the visible metadata when substantive content changes.
