America Operations Apple’s operations teams ensure that Apple’s ground-breaking designs become industry-leading products, delivered on time and to Apple’s unmatched quality standards. These high-profile, highly respected organizations are positioned at the junction of Apple’s product teams, the industries that supply core component technologies, and our manufacturing partners who help ensure that revolutionary products such as iPad, iPhone, and Mac can be restocked just as fast as they fly off the shelves.
Roles Include: Supply Demand Product Planner: Hold a significant role in Apple's multi-billion-dollar supply chain decisions by forecasting product demand (both new and existing products), analyzing production needs, allocating global supply across all channels of distribution, and influencing quarterly sales projections used in guidance to Wall Street.Influence across many key groups (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Ops, Materials), all in an effort to both set the strategy and drive the execution of products across Apple’s global supply chain. Reseller Operations Planner: Influence global allocation and new product introduction strategy across the entire Reseller Channel, including Telcos, National Retailers, Distributors, Enterprise, and Education. Be responsible for the global tools, process, and people development needed to most optimally and expertly enable Apple and our partners to maximize demand. Logistics and Supply Chain Manager: Run complex logistics business activities including but not limited to: NPI readiness, procurement, supplier management, freight planning, launch strategy deployment, loss prevention, packaging program control, optimal shipment design, supply chain scalability and optimization, reverse supply chain, cost savings, and continuous improvement at a worldwide level. Build and execute through relationships with internal and external regional partners. You will use analytical thinking and business foresight to standardize and implement standard methodologies. Apple Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO): Responsible for managing inventory operations driving innovation and efficiencies for the retail stores. The RFO organization is committed to providing stores with cutting-edge innovation and operations quality for optimal customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing process improvement that crosses Operations and Retail to gain efficiencies in Apple’s retail inventory operation management, including trade-in, shrinkage, and inventory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, graduating December 2026 or later.
- Available to intern during Summer or Fall 2027 and returning to school after the internship.
