Job Description

Build the Future of Intelligent Workflows

Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service team to help build next-generation workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI and GenAI capabilities, our platform powers critical enterprise business processes at global scale.

We are looking for proactive and high-potential interns passionate about Product Development, Business Analysis, and innovation. This is not a passive internship — you will gain hands-on experience in real product environments and collaborate with global teams.

 What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)

• Support requirement gathering, analysis, and product documentation
• Translate business needs into user stories and backlog items
• Support workflow analysis, UAT, and Agile delivery activities
• Explore user behaviors and product usage data to identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in product discovery, design thinking, and innovation workshops
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and global stakeholders
• Contribute ideas for workflow automation and AI-driven capabilities

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Final-year or senior student in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related fields
• Available for a 6-month full-time internship (Monday to Friday) or at least 4 working days per week.
• Able to provide a university recommendation or introduction letter for the internship  
• Good English communication skills
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and requirement analysis
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and learning mindset
• Proactive, responsible, and teamwork-oriented

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Agile / Scrum
• Interest in Product Management, Business Analysis, AI, or workflow automation
• Experience in IT/product-related university projects or activities
