Job Description
- Understands the business and/or Marketing process & goals
- Support line supervisor to roll- out the campaign plan for offline communications
- Work with external suppliers and partners to prepare and execute the events
- Work with related internal departments such as finance, procurement for the payment process with supplier/ partners
- Tracking merchandise stock-in and out with up to date data
- Supports and assists supervisor tasks with daily operations
- Ensures the admin tasks & records are up to date
- Develops & maintains positive working relationships with all key shareholders
- Performs other tasks as assigned by line manager
Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or current undergraduate student (any discipline).
- Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Careful attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Able to work well with others and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools to manage data.
- Good organisational skills and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Able to solve problems independently and take initiative when needed.
