About Digital Products and Customer Experience Platforms
Digital Products creates the digital experiences that connect GM customers to their vehicles, services, and everyday lives—from mobile apps and connected services to the technology behind the vehicle experience.
This MBA internship is part of Customer Experience Platforms (CXP), the team that helps shape what these products should do and how they come to life. CXP partners with engineering, design, data, marketing, and business teams to understand customer needs, set priorities, and guide products from idea to launch.
As an MBA Intern, you’ll gain exposure to product strategy, technology, and customer-focused problem-solving while contributing to experiences used by GM customers

The CXP PM team is looking for MBA Product Management Interns who are energized by customer problems, technology, and turning ideas into outcomes. The Summer 2027 intake is owned by CXP PM, with the specific product area determined during team matching based on business needs and intern interests.
Within CXP, MBA Interns may support initiatives involving connected vehicles, mobility, customer experiences, electric and autonomous platforms, and enterprise data systems. You will work at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, engineering, design, data, and business priorities. The specific product area, responsibilities, academic preferences, and location will be confirmed during the recruiting and team-matching process. Final placement will depend on business needs, candidate interests, skills, and team fit.
