Job Description:
Job Family Definition:
Students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related fields. Assists in various tasks aligned with their field of study, including research, collaboration on team initiatives and projects, problem-solving, and creative thinking to gain hands-on experience and develop professional skills. Includes internships, research roles, visiting scholar positions, or other program-related opportunities.
Management Level Definition:
Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
Responsibilities:
Supports sales processing activities for assigned areas and processes
Learns requirements and develops capability in all areas of sales processing
Collects, consolidates, and charts data from sales and process results for assigned portions of operations areas to identify trends and issues
learns and practices basic analysis
Implements specified changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency and customer satisfaction
Develops understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
Typically 0-2 years experience
Knowledge and Skills:
Basic understanding of business and sales processing tools, systems and practices
Good analytical, statistics and problem solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in English and local language.
Impact/Scope:
University students actively enrolled in a university/college/institution pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a non-technical area of study, and who typically works during school breaks and then returns to their university. While this applies to most interns, there may be opportunities for full-time students to work as part-time interns during the school year in some countries.
