GMC Customer Advocacy & Engagement InternThis role has been designed as 'Hybrid' with a requirement that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Role Summary

Support customer advocacy programs and executive engagement initiatives that amplify customer stories and showcase HPE experiences.

Responsibilities

·       Support the assigned business unit through research, analysis, and project coordination.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to ongoing activities as part of projects assigned.

·       Participate in team activities by attending team meetings, learning about project methodologies, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

·       Identify and suggest implementation of specific changes to processes and tools to improve performance, efficiency, and customer/client satisfaction.

·       Develop an understanding of internal and external relationships with stakeholders for performance expectations and needs.

·       Fulfill tasks and responsibilities assigned by a supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.

·       Participate in periodic reviews to share updates and incorporate feedback on assigned projects/initiatives.

Role-Specific Scope & Responsibilities

·       Support customer reference activities and help identify, organize, and amplify customer proof points and stories.

·       Assist with Boards of Advisors and other executive customer-engagement programs through research, planning, and content support.

·       Contribute to strategic messaging and storytelling projects that connect customer outcomes to HPE value.

·       Support the Executive Sponsor Program through program coordination, communications, reporting, and continuous-improvement analysis.

·       Assist Customer Innovation Center and Demo Portal initiatives that strengthen customer experiences and sales enablement.

·       Capture insights and recommendations that improve customer advocacy and engagement programs over time.

Education & Experience

·       Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related non-technical field.

·       No prior experience required; previous internships or campus involvement is a plus.

·  Preferred academic backgrounds for this role: Marketing, Communications, Business, Customer Experience, Public Relations, or a related field.

·       Curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to the assigned work.
