In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. As part of our Finance Transformation practice, you'll work on initiatives that modernize finance processes, enhance reporting and decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and help clients adapt to an evolving digital landscape. Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Foundational understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, business operations, or performance management concepts. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems using a structured and analytical approach. Exposure to finance, business analysis, process improvement, data analysis, or transformation initiatives through coursework, projects, internships, research, or student organizations. Understanding of how technology, automation, Artificial Intelligence, and data can help organizations improve financial and business outcomes. Interest in consulting, finance transformation, enterprise technologies, and business process optimization.
