About this role
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. As an Associate at IBM, you'll work with clients to help solve real-world business challenges through technology, innovation, and consulting. As an Associate Package Specialist at IBM, you'll help organizations operate, support, and continuously improve enterprise applications that enable critical business processes. As part of our Workday Enterprise Application Operations practice, you will learn more about: Workday Enterprise Application Operations – focused on supporting enterprise software platforms such as Workday through application support, configuration, managed services, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. No two projects are exactly alike—you could support clients across industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, government, and more. Work side-by-side with experienced consultants, enterprise application specialists, and technology professionals to solve real-world business challenges. We're not looking for experts—we hire for potential, curiosity, and a passion for learning. You’ll gain exposure to how enterprise platforms such as Workday support critical business processes across areas including human resources, workforce management, talent management, finance, and other enterprise operations, while learning how technology enables and improves these business processes. Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Foundational understanding of enterprise applications, software platforms, or technology-enabled business operations. Understanding of how business applications support operational processes, service management, and organizational performance. Familiarity with application support concepts, system configuration, business process improvement, or IT operations through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning. Interest in cloud technologies, enterprise software, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives. Awareness of emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and automation, and their impact on business operations. Demonstrated application of business, technical, or analytical skills through coursework, projects, internships, case competitions, research, student organizations, or other practical experiences.
