The Associate Project Manager - Technical is responsible for following general instructions and working with minimal supervision to prioritize work and meet deadlines. The role exercises judgment when working on routine and semi-routine project assignments and resolves issues of limited to moderate complexity. The role is responsible for managing and leading small-scale projects or portions of larger projects and collaborates with team members to ensure successful project execution. Manage and lead small-scale projects or project components from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and successful sprint execution. Develop project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports. Identify and resolve project issues of limited complexity, escalating as necessary. Support project team members by providing guidance on project activities and deliverables. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives, decisions, and action items. Track and report project metrics, KPIs, and progress against milestones. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to promote project success and buy-in. Communicate project updates and recommendations to project stakeholders and management. Apply agile methodologies to promote continuous improvement and iterative project delivery. • Complex Project Delivery: Experience with managing large-scale projects, ensuring delivery of solutions for complex IT, business, and client requirements, and applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. • Contract Management: Experience with managing complex business outsourcing contracts, including establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and subcontractors. • Strategic Risk Management: Exposure to applying strategic risk taking and risk management skills to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with complex projects. • Team Leadership: Experience with leading project teams, providing day-to-day direction, and establishing effective communication plans with team members and clients. • Business Analysis: Experience with analyzing business challenges, applying strategic innovative thinking for insights, and developing solutions to complex business problems. • Complex IT Solution Delivery: Exposure to delivering solutions for complex IT, business, and client requirements, including experience with managing large-scale projects and applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management. • Business Outsourcing Contract Management: Experience with managing complex business outsourcing contracts, including establishing and maintaining effective relationships with clients and subcontractors. • Strategic Risk Assessment: Exposure to applying strategic risk taking and risk management skills to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with complex projects.
