As an Atlantic Consulting Intern, you will help IBM solve challenging business problems, capitalize on market opportunities, and understand leading technologies and the impact they can have on traditional business processes. In this role, you may be responsible for: Support consulting teams in translating public sector challenges into responsible, AI enabled solutions that improve service delivery and citizen outcomes. Content & Messaging Support – Leverage AI to draft and iterate on regional sales collateral, email sequences, and campaign copy tailored to Atlantic market personas. Competitive Intelligence – Set up an AI-assisted monitoring workflow to track competitor activity and surface insights the team can act on. Go To Market Experiment Tracking – Help document and analyze the results of any outbound or campaign experiments we're running, so we build institutional knowledge. This position resides in Halifax and is a 4-month work term commencing in January 2027. All applicants must be eligible to work full-time in Canada and enrolled full-time in an eligible post-secondary program. It is mandatory that applicants return to full-time studies upon completion of the work term. Candidates pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degrees are eligible. MBA and PhD candidates are not eligible for this opportunity. Demonstrates a strong drive to tackle challenges, improve results, and innovate while understanding diverse perspectives. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a high-pressure environment. Proven academic success and motivation, with exceptional communication and storytelling abilities for conveying complex information clearly.
