As a Client Engineering: Cross Software professional, you will provide hands-on technical engagement to clients. This role involves demonstrating value and accelerating solution adoption through direct client interaction and collaboration. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Technical Engagement: Deliver hands-on technical engagement to demonstrate value and accelerate solution adoption, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support. • Solution Adoption: Accelerate solution adoption by providing technical expertise and guidance, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of solutions. • Client Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. • Technical Engagement: Deliver hands-on technical support to clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Exposure to client-facing technical roles is necessary. • Solution Adoption: Apply technical expertise to accelerate solution adoption, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of solutions. • Client Interaction: Perform direct client interaction and collaboration to demonstrate value and address client needs. • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns. • Collaboration Skills: Execute collaborative work with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. • Technical Expertise: Exposure to software solutions and technical engagement is beneficial. • Client Interaction: Experience working with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support is desirable. • Solution Adoption: Familiarity with accelerating solution adoption through technical expertise and guidance is advantageous.
