During your co-op, you will support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation and configuration projects for IBM's public sector clients. You will gain hands-on exposure to CRM systems, business process design, and stakeholder engagement in a collaborative consulting environment. At IBM, we prioritize continuous learning and mentorship, and as a co-op you could advance to our full-time Associates program after graduation, based on results and performance. D365 CE Configuration: Gain exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement configuration (Sales, Service, and Marketing modules) under the guidance of senior consultants. Stakeholder Engagement: Support workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with client personnel to document business processes and translate them into D365 configurations. Testing & Documentation: Assist in testing, validating, and documenting D365 configurations to ensure they meet client business requirements and public-sector compliance needs. Project Exposure: Participate in CRM implementation activities including system design, data migration support, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Co-op Schedule: Year-long co-op at Penn State University Park, starting May 2027. Work up to 20 hrs/week during classes and up to 40 hrs/week during academic breaks. Currently pursuing a university degree with a track-record of academic success. Strong interpersonal skills that enhance collaboration and relationship building, while also managing dynamic workloads in an agile environment Have initiative and passion to actively seek new knowledge and improve skills while embracing a growth mindset to assimilate diverse viewpoints Demonstrate leadership experience and ability to communicate effectively through active listening; while also be willing to adapt and have a readiness to take ownership of tasks and challenges. Ability to work in-office, on-site in State College, PA during the academic year. Ability to work up to 20 hours per week when classes are in session (e.g., fall and spring semesters) and availability to potentially work up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks (e.g., summer). Interest in and knowledge/experience with SAP Software, through previous internships, personal/academic projects and learning, etc. Can understand clients’ needs and challenges, applying a creative and logical approach to identify solutions. Demonstrate foundational quantitative analysis skills and ability to develop data driven recommendations. Exposure to one of the following programming technologies (e.g., ABAP, SAP BTP JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL) is a plus.
