Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. What this internship is about Join our consulting team and help shape experiences that people actually enjoy using. This internship gives you the chance to explore how good design improves the way customers, employees and users interact with products and processes. You’ll join a cohort of interns working in small cross functional teams on real client challenges within one of our consulting sectors. Supported, coached, and mentored by consultants from across the UK business throughout the programme, your team will take ownership of a standalone project, exploring ideas, solving problems and adapting as the work evolves.
