In this role, you will develop core technology sales capabilities while supporting IBM sales teams and engaging with clients. You will learn modern selling techniques, build pipeline, and collaborate with technical specialists and solution teams to help clients address business challenges with IBM technology.
• Support the sales cycle from early prospecting through qualified opportunities
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and technology needs
• Contribute to client conversations and early solution positioning
• Collaborate with technical specialists, solution teams, and partners on opportunities
• Build pipeline through outreach, lead follow up, and opportunity development
• Participate in structured sales training, certifications, and skill development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Recent graduate with up to 12 months of full time professional experience
• Strong interest in technology sales and client engagement
• Strong communication, collaboration, and learning mindset
• Fluency in English and the language of the hiring market
• Exposure to enterprise technology areas such as AI, cloud, data, or automation
• Internship, academic, or project experience related to sales, technology, or business development
• Interest in international work environments and willingness to relocate for the program assignment
